The Founders
Jeff West
I was born and raised in St. Thomas and now call Talbotville home, where I live with my wife, Julie, our blended family of five children, and our three dogs. Before transitioning into real estate in 2018, I spent over 20 years as a teacher in St. Thomas. Since making the switch, I’ve been fortunate to build a successful career, earning my company’s top sales award five times—including in 2024.
Beyond real estate, I have a passion for sports and love traveling with my wife, family, and friends. Helping homeowners and service providers across St. Thomas, Elgin County, and Middlesex County is something I’m truly excited about. Gavin and I look forward to growing HomeReady Pros locally and, in time, expanding nationally—making it easier for homeowners to connect with trusted professionals and navigate the homeownership journey with confidence.

I have called St. Thomas home for the past 30 years after spending over two decades in London, and I truly value the sense of community here.
