Legal Disclaimer for HomeReady Pros Membership
By joining HomeReady Pros, all trade professionals and service providers (“Members”) certify that they:
1. Carry Active Liability Insurance – Members confirm that they hold a valid liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $1 million.
2. Have Added HomeReady Pros as an Additional Insured – Members acknowledge that they have contacted their insurance provider and successfully added HomeReady Pros as an additional insured entity on their policy.
3. Assume Full Responsibility – HomeReady Pros does not verify or guarantee the insurance status of any Member. Members are solely responsible for maintaining their coverage and providing proof of insurance upon request.
4. Hold HomeReady Pros Harmless – By participating in the HomeReady Pros platform, Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeReady Pros, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions resulting from their work, services, or interactions with clients.
5. Authorize Automatic Renewal – Members acknowledge and agree that their membership will automatically renew at the end of each membership term unless cancelled in accordance with HomeReady Pros membership cancellation terms.
6. Authorize Recurring Charges – By accepting membership, Members authorize HomeReady Pros to automatically charge the payment method on file for all applicable renewal fees on the renewal date, without further notice, unless membership has been cancelled before that date.
7. Member Responsibility for Cancellation – Members are solely responsible for cancelling their membership before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the applicable renewal fee being charged and the membership term being extended.
8. No Refunds After Renewal – Once a membership has renewed and payment has been processed, renewal fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by HomeReady Pros in writing.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or removal from the HomeReady Pros platform without refund.
This disclaimer is legally binding upon acceptance of membership and participation in HomeReady Pros.
